Joseph Arthur Roy was born on March 31, 1934 in Belcourt, North Dakota, the ninth and last child of Edward Roy and Marie Virginia (Roberge) Roy. Masses were held at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Mt. Angel, Oregon, on February 9th and 10th. Another Mass will be said for him at the Cathedral of St. Mary's on Monday, March 20th at 12:10 in Fargo, ND.
